Backed by a wealth of experience in a variety of areas within the Canadian Rail Industry; specifically, LRT, Class 1, and Industrial Rail services, Joe has provided technical guidance and has become an integral part of A&B Rail Services’ management team.

John Rowe

British Columbia, North

Mr. Rowe has over 38 years of Class 1 Rail Industry experience and is responsible for the regional operations and business development in Northern British Columbia. John’s knowledge of the rail industry, CROR regulations, and track construction and maintenance standards can offer his customers the peace of mind that their projects will be completed safely, on time, and on budget.

Mr. Black, a recognized 33-year rail contracting industry professional, is responsible for the regional operations and business development in Ontario. Backed by an impressive list of Construction, Maintenance, and Productions expertise, and an in-depth understanding of rail services, Jamie has contributed to the successful completion of several prominent projects in Eastern Canada. His customers can rest assured that with his rail equipment expertise, dedication to his work, and impressive safety record, a high-quality end product is guaranteed in a timely and cost effective manner.

Dave Farnsworth

Alberta

A&B Rail Services

Mr. Farnsworth is responsible for managing the service delivery and business development for maintenance and industrial operations in the Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba regions. This 34-year rail industry veteran, has utilized his exceptional project management skills and hands-on approach in leadership to successfully hold the position of Regional Manager with A&B Rail Services for the past 13 years. Dave has a clear understanding of the mechanics of track maintenance, and with that is able to explain to his customers in detail the scope of their project answering any questions they may have.

Matt Lee

Production

As General Manager of Production Services, Mr. Lee is responsible for the operational performance of the production services group for A&B Rail Services in Western Canada. His customers can rest assured that Matt will provide the knowledge, quality, and high level of customer service required to deliver seamless solutions for all their contracting needs.

Chris McCreath

British Columbia

As General Manager of British Columbia, Mr. McCreath is responsible for managing the service delivery and business development for maintenance, construction and industrial operations for all classes and industries of rail in the region. Utilizing his 18 years of rail industry experience, his clients can rest assured that an excellent quality end product will be delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. Chris’ dedication to his customers is obvious by his willingness to explain in detail the scope of their project and answer all questions associated to it.

As Assistant General Manager for the Construction division, Mr. Gonzalez assist with the operational performance and the management of all construction and LRT operations in the Western Region. As a professional engineer with over 20 years of international experience in design, construction, administration and management, Alvaro has contributed to several high-profile projects from conceptual design to total completion across Canada. His dedication to his work and ensuring his client’s satisfaction is expressed through his willingness to go that extra mile with every project he accepts.

Aharon Brown

Signals, East

A&B Rail Services

Mr. Brown leads the operational performance of Signals and Communications projects across Eastern Canada. His vast Signals experience includes such Signals and Communications elements as conventional relay logic, solid state signalling, coded track circuits, dual and power switch machines, hot box detectors, and wheel impact load detectors. His primary focus is not only ensuring the safety of his fellow workers and the general public, but also the safe and timely operations of all affected railway traffic.

Andrew DiLullo

As Regional Operations Manager for Quebec , Mr. DiLullo is  responsible for the operational performance and business development of A&B Rail Services Quebec division.  Andrew is a professional engineer, member of the Quebec Order of Engineers and holds his general contractor qualifications required for operating in Quebec.  Over his ten years in the railway industry, Andrew has worked throughout the province of Quebec, managing several major construction & production projects. His knowledge of and dedication to safe industry practices  offers his customers the peace of mind that their respective projects will be completed safely, while attaining quality & performance targets.

Mr. has over 29 years of experience working in both private and publicly traded organizations in a variety of positions from accounting to operations.  Backed by his inclusive scope of knowledge in all aspect within Rail Construction, and Finance, Tony is responsible for the operational performance of our Construction division as well as hosting an active role in supporting the Operational Finance functions of our Western Operations.
