Expansion of the Raymont Logistics Rail Yard.
New Track Construction: A&B Rail Services was hired to complete a rail yard expansion for Raymont Logistics at their facility in Richmond, British Columbia. The scope of this project included the supply and construction of 9-yard turnouts and crossovers, 2 switch point derails, and 3,000 feet of new track. A&B Rail Services performed as the general contractor on this project and was also responsible for all civil and grade work components including 3000 feet of new grade construction and a 3 track – 120’ concrete protection structure over 3 Fortis distribution gas lines.
